Getting help
Write to us
Email is the fastest way in. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what you got instead. If it’s about the iOS app, say which version you’re on and it saves us a round trip.
Use the contact form insteadAn answer that looks wrong
Send the query id shown with the answer. Every answer keeps an audit record, so we can reconstruct exactly which passages were retrieved and why it was graded the way it was. A grade you disagree with is worth reporting too: the calibration is only as good as what comes back to us.
How grades are earnedA security problem
Write to us before you disclose it and give us time to fix it. We confirm receipt, keep you posted and credit you if you want it.
Read the security pageWhat we don’t answer
Clinical questions about a person in your care. The engine grades published evidence and we are not a second opinion on a patient. Ask the engine, read the sources it cites and make the call yourself.
Your account
Delete your account
In the iOS app: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Delete account at the bottom of that page. It asks once and there is no undo. You are signed out and the account is closed at once. Your threads and messages are removed from the live service within 25 hours, and the account record with your settings goes in the same run, unless its access key cannot be retired straight away; then it waits until it can. Copies in our encrypted backups age out within 14 days after that. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes that token, so the app disappears from your Apple ID sign-in list.
The app account and the web account
One account reaches both surfaces, so the app tells you which half survives before it deletes anything. If you have set a web sign-in, that account stays and you can keep using novolab.io. If the app was your only way in, the web account goes with it. No password set on the web and no app on your phone? Write to us and we delete it for you.
Get a copy of your data, or correct it
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR. Write to us and say which one you want. Where we hold the data for a clinic rather than for you, send the request to the clinic and we support it from our side.
